2. Digital Products and Licensing
Stacklyn Labs offers high-performance mobile applications and web templates.
- Marketplace Purchases: Products purchased through third-party digital marketplaces (such as CodeCanyon) are subject to the respective licensing agreements, refund policies, and terms of those specific platforms.
- Direct Purchases: Products purchased directly from Stacklyn Labs are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specific use case outlined at the time of purchase.
3. Custom Development & Reskinning Services
When you engage Stacklyn Labs for custom iOS/Android development, web solutions, or template reskinning:
- Scope of Work: The project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.
- Client Responsibilities: You must provide all necessary assets, server access, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Payment Terms: Payment milestones must be met as outlined in the project agreement before final source code or compiled applications are delivered.
4. SaaS and Subscription Services
For any products offered under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or subscription model:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. Stacklyn Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All premium source code, templates, UI/UX designs, and proprietary systems developed by Stacklyn Labs remain the intellectual property of Stacklyn Labs unless explicitly transferred under a custom development contract. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our digital products.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stacklyn Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications, templates, or custom solutions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
